A journey through the vineyards of Europe to meet the winemakers creating "organic", "biodynamic" and "natural" wines. Professionals eager to demonstrate that there is another way, chemical-free or almost, and that it is urgent to rediscover a taste for it and an accompanying respect for the environment.
There is a small revolution happening in the world of wine. Throughout France, notably in Occitanie, joyous rebels are taking over the countryside to invent the wine they like: natural and unpretentious. The documentary heads off to meet these new winemakers, who are reinventing our relationship with the living world.
The market for natural wines is becoming increasingly popular. Respectful of both environment and producers, it is encouraging new winemakers and improving the image of an agricultural world too often discredited. The documentary sets out to meet those making natural wines today, from original pioneers to newcomers.
2014. Thousands of Yazidi women kidnapped by ISIS were reduced to sexual slavery. On being freed, Ana was forced to abandon her baby. All the children born as a result of these rapes were systematically rejected by the Yazidi community. Ana secretly crosses Kurdistan to see her daughter Marya again.
