We head for Lake Morat. Originally from Zurich, Pierre Schaer has been fishing in the region for over thirty years. Summer and winter, morning and evening, he criss-crosses the lake to set his nets. Once he's back on dry land, it's time to prepare a delicious plate of fried fish.
