Trompe-l'oeil
The competition gets off to a great start. The 15 chocolate makers, split into three teams, are ready to do battle and need to make a trompe l'oeil version of the favourite dish of David Jeanmotte, Livia Dushkoff and Joëlle Scoriels, who will be supporting the teams throughout the competition.

Praline and lobster
The competition steps up a notch. The challenge on this second episode is to redesign the Michelin star chef Manon Schenck's signature lobster dish using chocolate, and transform it into a chocolate dessert which is spectacularly displayed. The play-off for second place involves creating a chocolate Bonsai tree.

Final
The competition is about to reach its climax with a spectacular semi-final on the Grand-Place in Brussels, with the creation of three chocolate sculptures. At the end of this trial, only three candidates will move forward to the final, where they need to make a monumental buffet.
