Die ganzjährig geöffnete "Salle de consommation à moindre risque" (Raum für Konsum mit geringerem Risiko), ein ungewöhnlicher Rückzugsraum aus vorgefertigten Bauteilen, mitten in einem Lütticher Arbeiterviertel, wurde für Drogenabhängige geschaffen, die in einem sicheren Rahmen Drogen konsumieren möchten. Hier hat jeder seine Geschichte, seine Träume, seine Probleme ... Betroffene berichten.
