2016, during the European Cup. Stéphane returns to La Louvière, his home town, to watch a match with his childhood friends, Luca and Cesare. When Italy wins, they head off to celebrate the victory in a Flemish night club. But there's a problem: Stéphane is refused entry.
Shortly after her 15th birthday, Manuela, a young woman from Togo who is passionate about music, meets Simon, a great percussionist. She quickly finds out that this man, who has returned to the country to teach his art, comes from a pro-slavery family and he is her father.
